Benefits are alright. Not too expensive and decent coverage. Tuition reimbursement if you need it.

Cons

Horrible management. It starts at the very top and unfortunately bleeds down. Bad managers run people out. They grew way too fast and do not fully invest in their systems or humans. Low pay, for a lot of work. You can barely get a raise. You will have to switch positions in order to get a raise.
