      my peers. I have autonomy & flexability but I think that is rare

      work load is terrible they talk about process but no one follows one CEO keeps bringing senior leaders from ther countries which must cost a fortune to relocate them and their familes, when we have so much talent in Canada to hire. The vibe is completely off at Element. And you can thank our CEO for that
