      Benefit amount did not go up

      Cons

      Lack of support. Probes identified but management still doesn’t fix. Most of my work is trying to get answers from departments not completing their jobs. Very silo’d thinking.

      Hybrid policy. 2 days wfh and 3 days wfo. Good colleagues. Insurance benefits are good

      Cons

      Very unfair treatment for employees. Bad policies in which they take away your bonus also. Frequent lay offs. Bad management. Overall a chaos company where everyone is just saving their chairs. Making it an insecure environment.
