      Pros

      Not many currently but has been a job with nice flexibility and work life balance historically.

      Cons

      Constant issues with the same areas of the business that no one can answer for after years of the same issues. Poor support from over worked management as they are constantly dealing with escalations due to these issues.

      Pros

      Element truly cares about their customers. They are really trying to improve all aspects of the organization.

      Cons

      The IT department reacts in a knee-jerk manner at the drop of a hat, without hearing all of the facts. Suffice it to say that there are those who are misogynistic, egotistical, bullying, and one-sided. They do NOT let others even complete a full sentence when an explanation is being given. There are and have been those who seem to have risen to that level without ethics and other kinds of training -- and it shows.
