      Focus on the basics of customer service

      Pros

      Great vision of the future. High level of expertise in the employee base. Loyal customers. There are some very good managers.

      Cons

      Basic needs of the customer are not being met. Internally roles & responsibilities shift without proper communication throughout the business. The company is becoming a stronger revenues focused vs structuring an organization to exceed customer expectations.

      Think Twice About Accepting a Position Here

      Pros

      One thing I did enjoy was being able to test drive different vehicles that were brought to the office periodically.

      Cons

      There are not many pros for this place. The system is outdated and its DOS-based. I have not used a DOS-based system in over 25 years. This place really lacks diversity. There are NO minorities in any leadership positions. If there are any, its very minimal. They contracted new cafe people and they are not good. The prices increased, but the quality is sub-par. Turn over rate is high and people are leaving on a regular basis. I would NEVER work there again. Ever. I was there for nearly two years and was ready to go within the first couple of months. The job market was poor, which was why I stuck it out for so long.
