Management does not listen to those they manage. Turn over rates are high in some departments Training is not clear and cut Favoritism is evident You often end up doing your work and the work of others The company use to foster a close knit atmosphere, after Covid it all fell apart

Pros

-benefits -annual bonus -used to have great communication

Cons

Element used to be a great place to work! They hired a middle manager to be in between the CRO and the managing directors. This person was an aloof never sold and cares more for people sucking up to him and telling him how good of a job he’s doing. Current MD has been in role for 2 years almost ruined relationships with OEMs but is well liked so he gets promoted. Not to mention the twice a year culling they do to sales

High Turn Over

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The employee resource groups are phenomenal, as are their leaders and DEI team. They are a lifeline and the only reason I made it as long as I did.

Cons

High turn over in several departments due to: - Toxic middle management who don't share work being done at SVP level to establish and employee first environment. - Managers who are vocally against diversity and inclusion are allowed to still lead people and teams. - Managers who speak inappropriately to employees - Leaders with a work, work, work agenda regardless of cost to teams - High workloads with no support or release due to constant turn over and retraining of new hires, and lost knowledge from experienced teammates
