Pros

People doing the work, Eden Prairie campus is beautiful and convenient, people have pride in their work, acceptance in diversity, flexibility in working schedules, HR leader tries really hard, Joe worked there.

Cons

Same people just go back and forth between leadership positions, if you are not part of an elite group of people forget about a promotion, IT, Ops is treated like 3rd class citizens from fps, pay is poor, Joe left.

Pros

Location is convenient and decent benefits.

Cons

Accounting department has major issues. The systems are old and convoluted due to company not investing in infrastructure. You won't build value by spending time there because nobody uses, or has heard of, the financial systems that are being used. Also, I felt like the management was two-faced and that one Senior Accountant in particular (who isn't going anywhere anytime soon) was out to get me from the moment I started. This person has scared off multiple people and will be promoted to management, so beware. Also, the management leads through fear, not by example. In addition, half of the meetings could have been emails.

Pros

The people I work with day to day.

Cons

The CEO has driven this company culture into the ground. They’ve taken away your ability to have free speech and have an opinion…. Well you can have one but you will be penalized financially for It. Raises were moved from what was already next to nothing (3%) to somewhere between 1-2% annually so with inflation get ready to essentially take a pay cut every single year. All of the money and in office initiatives aside, the worst part is not having a voice and not being able to have an opinion. They check their corporate boxes by sending a survey and saying we can have an opinion but again, not really if you want to keep your raise or job. Rumors floating around that regardless of performance, If you don’t openly promote the company goals like return to office, you will be targeted for unemployment. Just toxic from the top down. What happened to the company I loved for so many years? Sad.
