Pros

Good teamwork between the employees. Managers and lower-level supervisors are trying their best to boost morale. Holiday pay is good

Cons

The new CEO has no communication skills, does not care about her employees, and is lowering employee morale day by day. They consistently send out Employee Surveys and the results/issues are always the same. Working in the office: No assigned work desk/area, very noisy, and unsafe.

Pros

Still has a hybrid work model, where you can WFH 2x a week

Cons

New CEO came in a few months ago and decided to shake things up, seemingly just for the sake of change. Many poor choices were made and are in process. It was completely unnecessary - company was on a good trajectory and competitors are stumbling on their own. Leaders have never run the operating companies. Most fail to appreciate the complexity and volume of work done by long-time employees, and they think everyone is a cog that can be replaced by an entry level hire. They have zero credibility outside their ivory tower in Canada. Remote policy revised to hybrid abruptly and very rigidly. This was needless, as less than 10% of employees have any need whatsoever to be in an office. They monitor compliance. Space in physical offices is hard to come by. It's all a travesty. Pay is bad. They acknowledge this and just don't care enough to do anything about it, see comment above about entry level hires. Seems like management is either a bunch of "yes men" or they get fired. Employee anxiety about layoffs or understaffing from layoffs/quitting is very high right now.

Pros

Friendly Coworkers In-House Cafe with company pricing' Unique/Flexable Work Hours

Cons

Low Pay Poorly Designed benefits - The vacation calendar is done by seniority in three rounds and also based on who will be on the phones, it's a terrible system that is also unnecessary. Poor communication through departments You will go out of your way to help and it will just bite you, no satisfaction from trying to help or do the nice thing.
