Monthly revenue targets make month end very stressful

Element Singapore operates on open favoritism and discrimination. Foreign employees are expected to work harder, take on more responsibility, and deliver results, yet the credit for their work is routinely handed to local employees. Promotions, salary increments, and recognition are clearly reserved for locals, regardless of actual performance. The environment feels dirty and unethical. Hard work means nothing if you are not part of the favored group. Contributions by foreign staff are minimized, ignored, or openly taken by others. Management is not only fully aware of this behavior — it is deliberately practiced and reinforced. This is not an oversight or misunderstanding; it is a conscious and intentional system. Career growth for foreign employees is essentially nonexistent. Raises and promotions are driven by nationality and internal politics rather than merit. This creates constant frustration, burnout, and resentment, completely destroying morale and trust in leadership. Management knowingly allows and sustains these practices. Complaints are ignored, transparency is absent, and the same patterns repeat year after year.
