Decent pay, great management, and personnel, especially the experienced ones and their good eye for selecting employees. Was actually last employed there at their latest relocation back in 2020.

Cons

Switching to an in-house lab software rather a web based one. Too many meetings interrupting productivity. Switching to a more expensive location.
