Leadership is completely checked out. So far 6 maybe 7 of us have left because of the lazy, incompetent Director. The business is constantly looking to buy additional labs and make improvements to processes. These changes weigh heavily on the accounting and finance department. However with lack of strong leadership and staffing, the accounting department is drowning. When issues are brough up to the Director, no solutions are provided only high fives and pep talks about how we care too much.
