(As of 2018) -Daily catered lunches -Fun company culture -Weekly food truck vendors -Occasional on-site car-washing vendors -Occasional on-site masseuse vendors -Weekly hour-long all-hands meeting (company updates, employee acknowledgements, future plans, etc.) -Three Mountain View office buildings located next to one another -Great work-life balance

Cons

While my time at Elementum was fairly short, I really loved working at this company during 2017–2018. When I was laid off, I was quite surprised because I had not noticed that anything bad was going on with the company. We had just constructed a brand new beautiful office building and everything seemed to be going great, at least I thought. For a year or two after I was let go, the company was still laying off employees. All the friends I had had been laid off or voluntary quit (to avoid getting let go). The company no longer has any of their 3 Mountain View buildings, and have relocated to a smaller office in San Mateo.

Worst experience I've had in my career. Cut throat culture. Management only looks out for themselves. Would hire and fire every quarter. Product did not meet expectations of customers
