Pros

I have never loved a job so much. As hard as everyone works, fun is had every day in the office. Hiring for a fit culturally is important and Elementum makes sure not to hire any "brilliant jerks". We are well taken care of, spoiled even. Catered lunches, snacks/drinks, 100% paid medical, dental, and vision. For once a company genuinely cares about their employees.

Cons

Not enough dogs in the office. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Life is great here.

Pros

Fun culture that feels like a close knit family+dogs too! Everyone encourages each other and collaborates well. Flexible schedule/WFH but mostly everyone comes in everyday to be a part of the action. Top-notch Board & Advisory members adds credibility to the company's product and mission.

Cons

The food is too good (the start-up 15lbs), and the dogs are too cute (cuddle breaks often)!

Pros

Great place to work! The team is full of great people who are genuine, fun, and super driven. Lots of room for growth, and management is on top of recognizing and backing that claim. Love coming into work every day, as I feel passionate about what I'm doing and am contributing to the company.

Cons

Space is getting a bit tight in the office, but luckily we'll be moving to a new space with plenty of room (only a few minutes away from current location).
