Amazing leadership team with a fantastic and bright CEO. Great culture, and above market salary which is definitely a plus.

Cons

The place is too noise it is hard to find a quite spot to focus.

Pros

Amazing and knowledgeable people make up one of the best teams i ever had de pleasure of working with. Lunches included, lots of after work benefits, 3 weeks paid vacations, foosball, ping-pong and a great salary. Definitely recommend it, 10/10.

Cons

It's sometimes hard to catch the people with most experience, because of how busy they are, in order to get a question or doubt answered.

Pros

All the benefits you can think of, catered food, parking space, etc... And they just keep adding more. Really nice and modern offices in BA. The tech stack is very interesting and the product has a lot of potential. The people is highly skilled so you always keep learning new things from them and everyone is open to share their knowledge. Salary is average and above.

Cons

It's ok if you ask, but there is no regular pre arranged working from home days. Also there are a lot of processes not yet defined and that makes it a little chaotic sometimes when you have to work with other teams.
