      PTO is decent nothing more of a pro than that

      The upper management is horrible and very disorganized. Also very rude high call volumes. Also QIP amounts are not good at all a few hundred dollars every quarter which is taxed crazy while managers get thousands for their AIP for not doing any of the work.

      Good benefits, use of technology, industry knowledge

      Cons

      Constant fear of RIF or repurposing, lack of transparency, leaders without integrity, Csuite salaries are outrageous, while cutting member facing staff to bare bones and pay small % of bonus. Some staff arent even making enough to live on. Too many upper leadership layers.
