      More RIFs than a classic rock band

      Had several good managers, a one or two bad ones

      Cons

      Constantly cutting jobs. Was RIF"d 3 times - 1st two times I had other managers offer me positions in their groups. Ended up staying 15 years.

      -Work from Home -Opportunity to advance -Benefits

      Cons

      Only con is that the company may in the future send some associates back to the office full time. I'm okay with 3x a month to the office and I get to choose what days those are. I am more productive working from home since I don't have to drive 2 hours of my day to commute to work and I don't take a lunch break since I eat at my desk at home so that gives me 3 hours to get my tasks done for the day.
