      Growth, Flexibility, and Meaningful Work with Some Structural Challenges

      Pros

      The work is meaningful, especially when supporting employers and their employees with time-sensitive issues. Flexibility with hybrid/remote work (depending on department) is a huge plus and helps with work-life balance. Many tools and platforms are available to help you do your job efficiently. Opportunities exist for internal promotions and lateral moves if you’re proactive and network internally. Some teams and leaders are genuinely supportive and encourage development.

      Cons

      Communication between departments can sometimes be disjointed, making cross-functional work more difficult. Not all processes are streamlined—certain systems and workflows can be redundant or difficult to understand. At times, workloads can spike without proportional support, particularly during high-volume periods.

      Work from home, equipment provided, decent pay

      Cons

      Worked 8 years and left! Benefits are expensive now, extreme micromanaging, poor senior leadership, constantly changing policies and then handing down punitive actions for not keeping up, poor communication, little room for growth, do not promote from within anymore... not worth it.
