      Pros

      + Generous pay + Choice of hours + A friendly co-worker atmosphere, with the exception of managers + Overtime was always available and never mandated

      Cons

      - Contract employee, absolutely no rights or standing in the company - Employees were routinely fired en masse - Poor communication between employment agency and Anthem - Managers were over-spread and frantic in their interactions - Upper level executives were the most psychotic, unpredictable group of people I've ever seen. The same boss would pass out candy to bottom-level employees on a whim, then later throw a screaming fit when fired employees took company boxes for their belongings
