Pros

Decent pay for entry level individuals seeking employment. Job benefits include everything from health, dental, and vision plans; 401k, life insurance, gym membership, PTO, and almost a month of paid training.

Cons

Be prepared to handle a lot of stress. Because of the workflow, customer service reps handle all of the leg work you would think other departments would. You aren't finished with a call just because the call is over. A lot of the time you will end up doing leg work for one customer's inquiry for up to two months -- sometimes more; All in addition to simultaneously receiving calls back-to-back.

Pros

They allowed some work at home options.

Cons

The team I was on had a sink or swim mentality and weren't very helpful with new employees. Lack of documentation or a clear way of explaining the process in which they wanted implemented. They hire fresh out of college graduates and expect them to know as much as veteran employees. High turn over rate.
