      A little but of money to pay your bills nothing else.

      Oh I forgot this company is soooooo unorganized it do not make any sense. Nobody knows anything no exaggeration. You call hr they tell you to talk with your manager vice versa. They give you half A.. training and mark you of for quality. When you don't know own the answers. They tell you to rely on your resources but shoot those sometimes are not working properly

      The brand name recognition is biggest plus for sales teams.

      Cons

      Management is extremely fearful and manage by threats and intimidation. Sales Management is very incompetent. If you are not a yes-man then you will not last. It's an operations driven company, not a sales organization. Sales compensation program has decreased year after year. Sales comp is significantly less than competitors. There is a lot of favoritism and nepotism by Sales Management.
