this is like a cult. Its all women, I mean all women. the training was half assed and they expect you to ask questions, but if you dont know what you are doing wrong how can you ask? manager was a complete airhead including never being there when assistance was needed. let go of employees the week of christmas, even after working them the entire day. the work load is that of a 12 hour day...good luck with ever completing it in a 8 hour day. you are also responsible for other peoples work as well all while taking phone calls.

Not really good place to work for single parents or those with children and tight schedules. Also a farely new company so a lot of ground is still being broken. Doesnt really make you feel like family or a team Nor what you or your fellow coworkers have to say matters.
