      Benefits - cheap health insurance, telecommute (for my department), good pay

      Cons

      Totally disorganized and constantly requiring learning new software which really doesn't impact work very much. Management is obsessed with "latest and greatest" instead of fixing what is broken. Culture of looking for problems and what's wrong with you Reviews have little do with job responsibilities and also include anonymous feedback from co-workers and has a required field for them to say where you need improvement. Managers are promoted from within regardless of experience. Mine is a former data processor who has never worked in my field.

      Great benefits, multiple directions to grow in the company, yearly increases in hourly pay, enthusiastic trainers, on site gym, on site cafeteria

      Cons

      Office gossip, some general difficulties with HR, parking garage not connected to building, no daycare on site, utilizing cafeteria can become expensive
