Pros

They were flexible with doctor's appointments

Cons

It is a requirement that employees volunteer. The employee healthcare benefits are awful. The company went from being work-from-home to requiring employees go to a physical office at least once a week (which adds zero value), and more for management. During a townhall meeting, the speaker bragged about how much money the company makes "in its sleep" yet gives employees 2% raises and terrible healthcare coverage. There is a product manager on the Medicare side who works in healthcare yet is very anti-vaccine, makes ignorant comments about autism and mental health disorders, has referred to black people as "blacks," and is very outspoken about being anti-Biden/Obama and very pro-Trump. She makes every conversation about politics. She has made disgusting comments about "illegals" which was very inappropriate for the workplace. I have a disability and have gone to this manager multiple times about the office being too hot for me and to be able to do my job and nothing was done about it. These are the reasons why I left the company.

Pros

Pay, PTO, friendly/helpful team, WFH, decent training experience

Cons

The dialer; they want you constantly taking calls with little after work time to document. Micromanaging; the software counts every keystroke, mouse click, and there’s a team that constantly monitors employees’ activities. They will ping you if they feel you aren’t being productive enough. This team also schedules your lunch breaks and approves PTO. Managers are in meetings while TLs run the show. There are a lot of documentation requirements. A lot of pointless meetings. 10 audits/month along w/coaching sessions. I was miserable, anxious and overwhelmed so I left. 3 nurses left before me.
