Pros
Work from Home opportunity Flexible schedule- works well for parents Good work environment Great tutoring/teaching experience Content is provided; one just needs to review lessons thoroughly before tutoring each class.
Cons
Schedule changes occur last minute sometimes. Summer schedule is sometimes too light; I’d prefer a more packed schedule in June and July, and have August guaranteed off. Sometimes the programs take a while to start up at the beginning of the school year- which decreases earnings.
