Very controlling environment to work in

1. Worst work environment 2. Managers are selfish. They are not at all people or employee friendly. They treat you as their servants. No respect for their reportees. 3. They make you work for more than 9 hours very occassionally and most of the times overtime is not paid as they set out unachievable targets and later day that since you couldn't meet your targets you have to do overtime which will not be paid. 4. HR and management totally supports the managers in this behaviour. 5. Office politics is at extreme at this chandigarh office. They have a pack of 8-10 people who will exploit their position and will harass you. 6. Never join the chandigarh office.
