Eliot does not care about their employees they fire anyone who gets paid too much according to them. They also lie to get you fired if you are an active union member and advocate

3 months into the pandemic- Eliot laid off about 7 of us in a GROUP ZOOM. Just long enough into the pandemic that we couldn’t collect the pandemic unemployment assistance and just in time for their fiscal year.
