I honestly can't think of any pros besides a few of my coworkers that were awesome at the New Bedford Dys program

Cons

Honestly, even though it's a program for idiot kids that went out and stabbed people, stole cars, sold drugs, then get coddled by a state program, the management was tougher to deal with than the delinquents. Supervisors had given me conflicting orders. One guy, wanted you to "physically restrain" the boys for blinking wrong, the other wouldn't consequence any of them even when you're getting hit with fire extinguishers, plates, cups of unknown liquid etc. this place was a joke

You are making an impact on these children's lives so there is nothing really more fulfilling that that I would say

Cons

You rarely receive a break working for this company as a group care worker because you always need to remain in ratio. Their FORCE system is outrageous you barely get to see your family as it is and the Force system doesn't make things better probably worse. Followed by compensation is extremely low for the work being done.

some managers are very rude and don't get fired after many complaints have been reported about them to HR
