Pros

Important work with underserved populations. Diversity of settings in a sizable company. Excellent benefits package. There are growth opportunities within the company if one is proactive and takes initiative.

Cons

Many clinicians work without salaries or benefits. Excessive paperwork detracts from the work of assisting those in need and could be reduced, or clinicians could have additional support or reimbursement time spent on ancillary activities.
