Good work environment while I was doing my practicum for my masters in counseling psychology. Friendly and helpful.

Cons

I would not say there were any negative aspects as I only worked there for a short time period and I enjoyed my training time there.

Great training, good pay in comparison to other companies, and they promote from within. You get a work phone that is a smartphone with unlimited data

Cons

You work in human services aka burnout and still not enough money. If you are not union you do not get raises
