Pros

No pros working with them, dreadful situation. They finish my contract because as a team we started to complain about the trainers attitude towards the team: racism, classism and exploitation are just a few examples of the bad treatment with trainees. They fired many teammates as well for just wanting to have a safe space to work.

Cons

For being a mental health company they need to focus on their employees as well and start treating them with respect, they are super xenophobic, and it’s ironic because they are hiring people from Latin America and they are paying not enough for the work
