Pros

Benefits and the office location

Cons

Explicitly told no career ladder, and supervisor does not support career progression. Way behind in technology within the tech team. Unsupportive leaders cascade down to supervisor, extremely unclear communication, lack of direction, overstepping each other’s roles creating conflict. Full time in the office to hop on virtual meetings. People in the office don’t want to talk to you.
