Pros

Benefits - Health, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Quarterly Bonus, Annual Bonus if you get it

Cons

- Expect too much detailed work for what you are paid - quarterly bonus is based on error rate! - No company culture - the job is boring yet they do nothing to make the work interesting or keep you engaged. - Don't leave early before any holidays. - Have to cover two desks when someone goes on vacation! You can barely handle one desk. - Annual bonus is based on how well your salesperson sells so if they aren't motivated you get nothing.

Pros

Great benefits package. If you want to sell glue, and don't mind the 2-5 years it takes to learn/be comfortable with their computer programs, this may be the company for you.

Cons

It is true that this is a family owned company, however the management style is big corporation all the way.
