      The people are nice and pleasant, the work can be overwhelming since they don't hire the right amount of people

      The pay is low for the work you have to do and what they expect.

      Pros

      Wonderful company with amazing owners leading us into a bright future. The company is passionate about providing the best possible solution to our customers all day every day! Employees are treated with utmost respect and ideas are nurtured and listened to. Looking at some of the negative comments, it's obvious that the person/s posting the notes are disgruntled individuals that did not fit the culture and the mission of this company. Excellent organization with a true passion for people and customer service.

      There needs to be better synergy and communication between divisions.

      The only 'Pro" will be my last day in this hell hole...

      Cons

      Management and HR are deceptive, backstabbers, and not to be trusted....both contribute to the low employee morale and high rate of turnover...if they do not like you.. they make your life hell... they continue to fail to hire well qualified staff...and instead hire staff they control and manipulate..they have a different story for every set of eyes..
