Pros

The Human Resources team is fantastic, they will make sure that you are taken care through and through. Often times going above and beyond to build morale, ensuring employees get the maximum amount of benefits while working here. There is no way that anyone would work here if it wasn't for the HR team and that is the only reason I survived as long as I did.

Cons

No one helps anyone. Folks are completely closed off, fearful to knowledge transfer. If you do go the extra mile it's a shock. No documented training on applications or systems. If you ask for assistance, it becomes clear that those individuals who have been handling are somewhat in the dark themselves and cannot offer proper guidance. Not wanting to appear as such, you are in turn blamed for the lack of understanding. Everyone just seems apprehensive and fearful all the time.

Pros

Very professional people and middle-upper management willing to go out of their way to help with your needs. Dominant in the industry and an easy sell to just about any organization. Very flexible, as an outside technical sales rep, you get to run your own business without being micro-managed.

Cons

On-boarding communication and training. However any good worker would be just fine in learning as you go, just have to ask the questions. They are also very understanding and patient as this progresses.
