Pros

Ellsworth is a growing company that you can tell is trying to make improvements and investments. I like the fact that I can work with customers and our production staff to make great products for them. The company has good benefits and good bonus plans when the company does well. The company is very active with the American Cancer Society - Relay for Life, and I enjoy the company events like Customer Service Week and Employee Appreciation Day. You can tell the company is trying to engage its staff and that makes me feel good.

Cons

Some of the managers you can tell are not very confident as managers, and they can get frustrated with the challenges in the company. We sometimes get caught in the middle of departments having conflict with each other. I wish the company would invest more in training and development.

Terrible management

Pros

New building and nice equipment / instrumentation. Some good people work there as well. Employees try to keep up morality by organizing pot lucks.

Cons

Management is terrible, they don't care about employees and mislead people about advancement opportunities. Management fosters a culture where people feel stupid and breed in fighting between departments. New management has little regard and respect for existing employees and how the company was built. Just look into turn over rate at resinlab, turn over is higher than any other company I have worked. Stay away from this place, it isn't even worth putting in the time at this place to pad a resume. Other companies have not heard about resinlab and what they have heard is not good, especially in regards to recent events.
