Pros

Benefits are ok, but not the best

Cons

If you are a packager at this company, you will be as bad as if you committed a crime. They give you warnings for everything, talking to fellow employees, bathroom breaks that they consider are too long. Also, if you make a mistake they give you a warning or just plain fire you. During the period I was there 20 or more people were fired or quit (10 month period). People in the office are treated way better than the production people. Also, do not expect raises and as for the gainsharing policy they have, it is a big joke. es to everybody to get them in the door and as soon as you are there for a month, you have realized you have made big mistake. In plain talk, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. Also, tons of overtime, no family life

Pros

There isn't much I can say that's positive about this place. 3 or so managers are quality, most of the staff is nice. HR is good, probably the best department in the ENTIRE company.

Cons

Just terrible! Avoid this place. People are over worked, WAY underpaid and totally under appreciated. There is NO respect given and people are not respected. I can't stress this enough, this is a bad place to work! This place is run by money and greed, they don't care about you or your career unless you are padding their pockets. They used to be a good, small, family run company, but grew too fast and hired poor management . This place is not good and should be avoided, unless you like being treated poorly, overworked and underpaid...
