Bait and switch

Pros

Some of the hourly people are truly kind, caring and honest people, but think twice about management. Location is pretty nice in newer business park.

Cons

This place is a total bait and switch. They will tell you everything you want to hear including how things are so much better and that they have made all these great changes and how the benifits are very competitive. Do NOT believe them, it's all lies. The management cannot be trusted and it appears HR is posting bogus reviews on this site to bump up their rating. Management encourages a culture where people feel worthless and trust is a rare commodity. From corporate to resinlab to kitpackers stay away from this place.

Terrible management

Pros

New building and nice equipment / instrumentation. Some good people work there as well. Employees try to keep up morality by organizing pot lucks.

Cons

Management is terrible, they don't care about employees and mislead people about advancement opportunities. Management fosters a culture where people feel stupid and breed in fighting between departments. New management has little regard and respect for existing employees and how the company was built. Just look into turn over rate at resinlab, turn over is higher than any other company I have worked. Stay away from this place, it isn't even worth putting in the time at this place to pad a resume. Other companies have not heard about resinlab and what they have heard is not good, especially in regards to recent events.
