Just Bad

Pros

There isn't much I can say that's positive about this place. 3 or so managers are quality, most of the staff is nice. HR is good, probably the best department in the ENTIRE company.

Cons

Just terrible! Avoid this place. People are over worked, WAY underpaid and totally under appreciated. There is NO respect given and people are not respected. I can't stress this enough, this is a bad place to work! This place is run by money and greed, they don't care about you or your career unless you are padding their pockets. They used to be a good, small, family run company, but grew too fast and hired poor management . This place is not good and should be avoided, unless you like being treated poorly, overworked and underpaid...

Toxic Workplace

Pros

Great people to work with. Nice office, good location

Cons

This is a toxic place to work. The managers are two faced and if they don't like you, you will never go anywhere. Managers have favorites and play them as pawns. Work environment is cold and unwelcoming. Stress levels are sky high. Training is VERY poor, basically non existent. People are nice to your face but talk behind your back to managers so that they can get ahead. Most of the managers are just high paid, sleazy, lying sales people. The owners don't know 1/2 of what goes on there (at least I hope they don't), they need to stop being "friends" with the "higher ups" and focus on the employees that are unhappy (90% of them are). You are expected to work 60+ hours a week and give all your time and energy to the company and not be rewarded. Meanwhile the "higher ups" are out wining and dining vendors on the golf course. Secrets and misconception are all over this place. It is NOT a fun place to work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and its sister companies like the plague.

Pros

The Human Resources team is fantastic, they will make sure that you are taken care through and through. Often times going above and beyond to build morale, ensuring employees get the maximum amount of benefits while working here. There is no way that anyone would work here if it wasn't for the HR team and that is the only reason I survived as long as I did.

Cons

No one helps anyone. Folks are completely closed off, fearful to knowledge transfer. If you do go the extra mile it's a shock. No documented training on applications or systems. If you ask for assistance, it becomes clear that those individuals who have been handling are somewhat in the dark themselves and cannot offer proper guidance. Not wanting to appear as such, you are in turn blamed for the lack of understanding. Everyone just seems apprehensive and fearful all the time.
