Pros

Pay is ok, benefits are decent, positive work culture, beautiful campus, supervisors are very kind and down to earth. Overall a nice place to work, it's a big company and worry that comes lots of rules and procedures but they do try to set you up for success.

Cons

Very stressful work, lots of contractual lingo that you're never really prepared for but expected to understand. The industry itself is very demanding and everything is "urgent", so prioritizing how to get your work done is a struggle especially when understaffed. Employee turnover seems a bit high but there is room for advancement within the company.

Pros

None and I am serious, STAY AWAY.

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE, when I mean horrible, it’s horrible. I have never met a manager that makes decisions for one location when this person is 2,000 miles away and bases their decisions on what they have been hearing from the people that cause the drama. I was put through mental hell for the year that I was there because the team I was working with did not like the fact that I was young. If you are not in the age group between 35 to 55 well, you won’t be accepted. I dreaded going to my job because of the back stabbing I was going through but, management does not care and will look the other way. If you are making them money, they don’t care.

Pros

Ellsworth is a growing company that you can tell is trying to make improvements and investments. I like the fact that I can work with customers and our production staff to make great products for them. The company has good benefits and good bonus plans when the company does well. The company is very active with the American Cancer Society - Relay for Life, and I enjoy the company events like Customer Service Week and Employee Appreciation Day. You can tell the company is trying to engage its staff and that makes me feel good.

Cons

Some of the managers you can tell are not very confident as managers, and they can get frustrated with the challenges in the company. We sometimes get caught in the middle of departments having conflict with each other. I wish the company would invest more in training and development.
