Preaches ethics but doesn't practice them

Pros

Pay, good work/life balance and schedule, physically clean work environment in moderate temperatures

Cons

*Bullying allowed by management but those with tribal knowledge of industry get free pass *A lot of computer programs to learn but no systematic training or coaching about how to improve if a mistake is made. Perfection expected on everything. Sent work instructions through approval process and was critiqued on use of space bar just to find something wrong *Relocation package added to employee's income to avoid paying taxes *When position was cut due to COVID, one month of a "career transition firm" service was part of the severance but the details of the package "weren't confirmed" until I got a new job and no longer was pulling unemployment (and therefore didn't need the service) to probably save money

Pros

1. The pay was fairly decent. 2. Flexible Schedules

Cons

Downsides: If you have not been with the company for more than a few years, they do not value you or consider you as a person to invest in. I was working diligently with my account manager and we grew sales for the whole year, even during COVID. The owner freaks out that business is slow & well, bye bye people that have been there for a short period of time. They ONLY keep people that have been there for a long time and are above 40. If you are young, you’re pretty much canned in times like these. I worked my butt off and they let you go even though you’re making the CEO money.

Pros

The Human Resources team is fantastic, they will make sure that you are taken care through and through. Often times going above and beyond to build morale, ensuring employees get the maximum amount of benefits while working here.

Cons

No one helps anyone. Folks are completely closed off, seem fearful to knowledge transfer. If you do go the extra mile it's a shock. No documented training on applications or systems. If you ask for assistance it becomes clear that those individuals are somewhat in the dark themselves and cannot offer proper guidance. Not wanting to appear as such, you are in turn blamed for the lack of understanding. I do not understand how folks have been able to work within such a negative and dragging environment for so long. This was by far the worst work experience that I have ever had hence why I was compelled to post a review for others.
