      Pros

      For technical people, lots of technical problems to solve, including fundamental ones impacting client data security. For players, a great field to play in with little accountability, until the clock runs out.

      Cons

      Leadership is not in anyone’s vocabulary here, so don’t be disappointed when you don’t find it. Management more focused on intramural internecine battles than the clients. Over-staffed with directors and vice presidents with approaching zero knowledge of cloud and modern toolsets. The team I was a part of, Operations, had no road map for nearly two years other than get the job done now!

      Company in Distress - Strategicially, Financially, & Culturally

      Pros

      Overall Great Mission, many very talented employees, some great products, and State of the Art Office (if you like an open floor plan)

      Cons

      Constant "negative" Change, significant turnover, frequent layoffs, low company morale (despite boasting being a "Great Place to Work", which appear to be forced results). The Company is struggling financially. Senior Management continues to try to develop new strategies to align the company to the market and to react to competition that is stepping into the EdTech space, but unable to build processes to support those strategies.
