Continual lay-offs, decreasing benefits, lack of leadership, management in disarray, and no transparency about the actual financial health of this company. This company is free-falling into a very bad place.

Pros

Very flexible work hours and the ability to work from home.

Cons

Two or three layoffs per year. It appears they want to close all offices in the Western U.S. I suspect that only Reston VA and Malvern PA will survive. They are VERY stingy with raises.
