1. Technology is very old technology they have, they still use cobol and proc and oracle forms. not a stable technologies used for their products.. 2. Mgmt. has no clear idea or direction. changes every day 3. No work-life balance. 24x7x365 4.

Pros

Good pay. You can Work remote. Most people other than the current cloud directors are good people.

Cons

Job security sucks The IT cloud directors make horrible decisions. The lay off the senior engineers to replace with lower admins. Its to bad. I had high hopes for this place. I just dont see it having good job stability with the current leaders.

Pros

Very cool new office in Reston. An old company doing their best to be young, and by the looks of the space they are doing it well.

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen... they expect execution but do a poor job communicating expectations. Pay is not as competitive as they might have you think. 401K match is mediocre. Lots of turnover - good talent is not nurtured so they leave. I've never seen a company less inclined to promote from within.
