      Pros

      Really great team and Elmet has a cool success story where it took a struggling company 5 years ago and turned it around to a growing company. Very people-focused and treats everyone with respect.

      They deduct 50.00 a week for 10 weeks and tell you that if your let go before 90 days you get it back. Still waiting for 400.00 dollars
