This company really wants to do meaningful work in the world and cares about that mission.

Cons

Very large, lately seems more committed to saving technology dollars than building new innovative products

Pros

Good work life balance, good mission.

Cons

Matrix style management not well done. Lots of middle managers who do not know what they are doing. Care more about powerpoint and looking good to execs than the outcomes of projects. Typical take credit for others work and point the finger when something goes wrong. Becomes toxic very quickly. If you speak up, you get shamed and then pushed out. Beware!!!
