Pros

Technology is up-to-date. Flexibility for hybrid work. Development hours are there for learning. Free cab facility to and from office.

Cons

Management is very indecisive about employee policies which change every term. Too many calls with management even at Individual Contributor level, you have to work after office hours to complete when workload is more.
