Pros

-Great benefits. -Competitive pay. -The people are smart and hard working and always trying to improve the business by any means necessary, despite limited resources. -They do tend to promote from within at a decent rate. -Very supportive atmosphere.

Cons

-limited technology resources. -tend to spread resources too thin as they develop experience. -very corporate/quite office atmosphere. -a little catty between departments. -very slow project development in all departments.
