This is a great place to work, but they stiff you on pay.

Pros

The company offers flexible hours and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

If you're coming in from an outside company and you have some good work experience, you can probably negotiate a decent salary. However, if you start out here, expect to be held down at the extreme lower end of the salary range no matter how high you work your way up.
