Pros

I appreciate working alongside highly skilled individuals who are well-rounded amazing people at Elsevier. As a remote employee who participates in flexible working, I feel immensely capable of contributing to my workday with high-value outputs while I also care for my family and attend my children's events.

Cons

Salaries are below market value.
