Pros

Large company, great editorial product

Cons

Unusual corporate culture that is not progressive; company has been bought and sold several times and changed dramatically with each new owner.

Pros

Decent benefit package. Hard to think of any other positives.

Cons

Horrible manager/management. No tools or processes to support employees - the logo says it all about the company - somewhere back in the dark ages.

Pros

Like any other huge faceless corporation, there's great benefits.

Cons

Once inside, you're on your own. If you get lucky and have good manager, they'll show you how to "swim", if not, you must probably sink. You need t be a corporate "yes man" to survive in this environment where initiative and autonomy are frowned upon.
